Rockledge Rumble Video

This is from a guy that ran the 50k. Really neat way to capture the trail! The 50k and 30k do the same course, the 50k just has to repeat a section of it.

Rockledge Rumble 11/14/2009

Officially known as a 30k, it's actually about 20.9 miles thanks to some new trails. This was my third year in a row to participate in the Rumble and my second year to do the 30k. NTTR puts on a great race, the aid stations are awesome and the food afterwards is great. Everyone is so nice, every single person that passes you (since it's an out and back course) says "Good Job!" It was great fun to hang out before, during, and after with all the RAW (Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers) and of course to run the entire way with Diana. (It was her longest distance ever.) I'll definitely be back next year!

Only about 1.5 - 2 miles into the race. We still look pretty happy!
